Your Holiday Contract When a booking is made, the 'lead name' on the booking guarantees that he or she has the authority to accept and does accept on behalf of the party the terms of these booking conditions. A contract will exist as soon as we issue our booking confirmation. This contract, which may include conditions which are incorporated by reference, is made on the terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by English Law, and the jurisdiction of the English Courts. On receipt by Aztec Holidays of your completed booking and deposit(s) we will reserve your Holiday in respect of all persons travelling. It is important to check the details on the invoice when you get it, or if booking late at the time of booking, that all the details are exactly as you requested. In the event of any discrepancy, please contact us immediately. If you want to cancel or change your booking later, you may have to pay amendment or cancellation costs which may be as much as the whole Holiday cost. All website descriptions are made in good faith and every care is taken to ensure their accuracy. However, in view of the detail contained therein and the fact that websites are necessarily prepared/created some time in advance of distribution and of the Holidays, advertised facilities, amenities, entertainment and schedules may, on occasion, be restricted, curtailed, changed or cancelled. Therefore, changes may be made to the particulars you have seen at any time before the contract with you is made. In these circumstances, we will notify you of such changes prior to confirmation of your booking. If you have already booked, where possible, we will notify you as soon as we are aware, if there is time before you travel.

Your Holiday Price When you make your booking you must pay a deposit of 10% or £50 (whichever is the highest) of the holiday cost. The balance of the price of your holiday must be paid at least 28 days prior to start date. If you book within 28 days of the holiday, you must pay the total price of the Holiday at the time of booking. If the deposit and/or balance is not paid in time, we shall cancel your holiday. If the balance is not paid in time, we shall cancel your booking and retain your deposit. All monies you pay to Aztec holidays are held by them at all times. The prices on this website are correct at time of website publication, however, Aztec Holidays reserves the right to raise or lower its prices at any time. Before you make a booking we will give you the up-to-date price of your chosen Holiday, including the cost of any supplements, upgrades or additional facilities which you have requested. Any increase in price may appear as a supplement.If you change your booking after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your holiday in any way, for example your chosen arrival date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be from the 'lead name' on the booking. You will be asked to pay an administration charge of £25 per caravan and any further cost we incur in making this alteration. You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the arrival date that changes are made and you should contact us as soon as possible. Further changes may be classed as major changes, which may result in cancellation charges being applied.To cancell any holiday we must receive notification by mail or fax (not e-mail) from the 'lead name' on the booking to be received at our offices. Since we incur costs in cancelling your holiday arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation shown here. More than 56 days (loss of deposit), 56 to 29 days (50%), 28 to 15 days (75%) 14 days or less (100%). We do therefore suggest that you seek personal holiday insurances. Occasionally we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you of them at the earliest possible opportunity. However, we will not cancel your holiday booking less than 8 weeks before your departure date, except for reasons of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or failure by you to pay the final balance. If we are unable to provide the booked holiday, you can either have a refund of all monies paid or accept any offer we make of alternative holiday arrangements.

Accidents Please note that we will not be liable for any injury, illness, or death or consequent losses suffered by you or any member of your party, unless you are able to prove that such injury or illness was caused by lack of reasonable care and skill on the part of ourselves in the performance of our obligations under our contract with you.
And in all claims of whatever nature we will not be liable where the alleged loss or damage results from any of the following:
the fault of the person(s) affected or any members(s) of their party or
the fault of a third party not connected with the provision of your holiday which we could not have predicted or avoided or
an event or circumstances which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not have predicted or avoided even after taking all reasonable care or
the fault of anyone who was not carrying out work for us (generally or in particular) at the time. Please also note, we cannot accept responsibility for any services which do not form part of our contract. This includes, for example, any additional services or facilities which your caravan or any other supplier agrees to provide for you where the services or facilities are not advertised on our web site and we have not agreed to arrange them for you. This also includes any excursion or activity you book or purchase locally in resort.

Data Protection Except where expressly permitted by the Data Protection Act, we will only deal with the personal details you give us in respect of your holiday arrangements, unless you agree otherwise. For example, if we wish to use any of your personal details for marketing purposes, we will tell you this when we ask for your details and give you the opportunity to say no if you do not want us to do so.

Damages Where damages or losses occur to caravan or items included in the letting agreement Aztec Holidays must be informed immiediatly. Should it be agreed or found that the lead name or any of the party therein were negligent in due care and attention, then the lead name of the agreement during that letting must make good by replacing or paying for said item/s.

Behaviour Should it be brought to our attention by Parkdean officials that unruely or unsociable behaviour is occuring by the lead name or any of the party therein action will be taken to remove the party from the site. Under these circumstances no refund will be offered.

Agreement By payment of deposit or in full for the holiday letting you are agreeing to the terms and conditions laid out above.
